Newsfeeds

We’re called not to judge a book by its cover. Meaning, don’t deduce a message or a person to an outward-first appearance.

Yet this is what we do when we consume a newsfeed.

We make snap judgements based strictly on headlines and 280-character captions without any further context.

At some point, a healthy perspective requires you to dive further in or to ignore it altogether.
