Proximity and Perspective

It’s not easy being around people who are willing to air their dirty laundry; it is far easier being a spectator or a critic.

The audience surrounding the arena doesn’t get bloodied like the ones fighting in it.

Unfortunately, forward progress isn’t happenstance, and it surely isn’t caused by those who sit idly by, watching it unfold.

You don’t know what you can’t see, but once you get close enough, you’ll eventually get bothered enough to seek change to it.

Proximity always frames perspective, and perspective is the key to progress.
